With our Krafted with Sophistication Package, we have you covered from start to finish by providing  everything you need for a stress free wedding planning process. This package is all inclusive and covers all aspects of wedding planning from the moment you get engaged. If you are too busy to get involved in every detail or if you want to work with us hand in hand, Krafted with Sophistication  is just what you are looking for.   • Our services begin up to 12 months before the wedding day

  • Unlimited email and phone communication

  • Development and Management of your budget and checklists

  • First Meeting - Consulting with you to go over in detail all aspects of the day including your overall vision and design

  • Complete Event Styling and Design

  • Confirmation of Hotel accommodation and transportation needs

  • List of Preferred vendors, contact information and services to be provided

  • Vendor contract negotiations and consultation meetings

  • Liaising with vendors to ensure all is in place based on your specific needs

  • Ensure that all vendor are paid on time (deposits and final payments) and continued follow up

  • Month by Month Planning updates

  • Site visit and detailed walk through of the venue/s 1 week before the wedding, this will be done with vendors that are directly involved in the setup and logistics

  • Assist in development of menu, wedding programme and stationery design

  • Wedding Day Timeline to guide you through the day’s events, this will be sent to all vendors and wedding party

  • Collect all wedding day essentials from the couple for safekeeping and delivery to venue (favours, guest book, flutes, stationery etc.)

  • 1 Hour Ceremony Rehearsal

  • Schematic of Ceremony and Reception Layout and Design

  • RSVP Management of Invitations




Now that the big day is here, just relax and enjoy, we have got you covered, we well arrive early to organise the day and provide up to 11 hours or coordination services (Additional time is available at an hourly rate):

  • Rose Bridal bouquet and matching boutonniere

  • 2 post arch  with 2 arrangements to match wedding theme

  • White aisle runner

  • Monitor wedding timeline

  • Attend to all requests of the bride and groom

  • Direct communication with family, wedding party, guests and vendors to provide guidance through setup and wedding timeline.

  • Monitor set-up of location and vendor coordination

  • Ensure that personal floral pieces are delivered on time

  • Handling and placement of all wedding day essentials

  • Guest transportation assistance where applicable

  • Coordinate seating of guests, procession and recession

  • Coordination of ceremony as outlined in wedding

Now the day is almost over, it’s time to partaay!

  • Coordination of reception as outlined in wedding program

  • Stay until reception end

  • Assist in seating of Bridal Party and ensure that all Guests are comfortable

  • Supervision of reception clean up  and collection of personal items                              

  • Liaise with vendors up to 2 days following the wedding to ensure that all rental items have been returned in good order.
