With our Krafted with Sophistication Package, we have you covered from start to finish by providing  everything you need for a stress free wedding planning process. This package is all inclusive and covers all aspects of wedding planning from the moment you get engaged. If you are too busy to get involved in every detail or if you want to work with us hand in hand, Krafted with Sophistication  is just what you are looking for.   • Our services begin up to 12 months before the wedding day

  • Unlimited email and phone communication

  • Management of your budget and checklist 

  • First Meeting -Consulting with you to go over in detail all aspects of the wedding 

  • Month by Month Planning update

  • Complete Event Styling and Design

  • Liaise with wedding vendors/services to ensure all is in place based on their specific needs

  • Vendor recommendations and contract negotiations where applicable

  • Review all details contained within vendor contracts at least 3-5 months prior to the wedding day 

  • Follow up with all vendors to ensure they are paid on time

  • Attendance at 3-5 meetings with individual vendors

  • Site visit and detailed walk-through of the venue/s where applicable at least 3-5 months before the wedding to determine setup needs. 

  • Confirmation of Hotel accommodation and transportation needs

  • Wedding Day Timeline to guide you through the day’s events, this will be sent to all vendors and wedding party

  • Assist in the development of the menu, wedding programme, and stationery design

  • Collect all wedding day essentials from the couple for safe keeping and delivery to venue (favours, guest book, flutes, stationery etc.)

  • 1 Hour Ceremony Rehearsal

Now that the big day is here, just relax and enjoy, we have got you covered, we will arrive early to organize the day and provide up to 17 hours of coordination services (Additional time is available at an hourly rate):

  • Coordinating services on the wedding day for a maximum of ten (10) hours.

  • Upgraded Bridal Bouquet and Groom Boutonniere to match theme of the wedding

  • Monitor the wedding day timeline through personal management of the wedding day itinerary, vendors, and the wedding party on the day of the wedding

  • Attend to all requests of the bride and groom

  • Direct communication with family, wedding party, guests, and vendors to provide guidance through setup and wedding timelines

  • Monitor set-up of location and vendor coordination

  • Ensure that personal floral pieces are delivered on time

  • Handling and placement of all wedding day essentials

  • Guest transportation assistance where applicable

  • Coordinate seating of guests, procession, and recession

  • Coordination of ceremony as outlined in wedding 




Now the day is almost over, it’s time to partaay!

  • Coordinating seating of guests, procession, and recession

  • Provision of wedding day emergency kit

  • Coordination of reception as outlined in the wedding program

  • Stay until reception end

  • Assist in the seating of Bridal Party and ensure that all Guests are comfortable

  • Supervision of Ceremony clean up and collection of personal items  for safekeeping                             

  • Liaise with vendors up to 2 days following the wedding to ensure that all rental items have been returned in good order.
