Your wedding day is just a month away, woot woot!  On the day, let's wake up, jazz up and smile  to welcome a stress free day as every detail will be taken care of by your  professional Krafted Wedding Fairies. When you have done all the work of planning your wedding and want the day to go off smoothly with top quality professional coordination; that is where we join you to provide worry free coordinating services.  This package includes 1 Event Manager  and 1 Event Planner on the day of the wedding. BEFORE THE BIG DAY (30 DAYS BEFORE) 

​

  • Our services begin 30 days before the wedding day

  • First Meeting -Consulting with you to go over in detail all aspects of the day

  • Email and phone support

  • Collate list of vendors, contact information and services you have booked

  • Liaising with vendors and provide referrals (where needed) to ensure all is in place based on your specific needs

  • Ensure that all vendors are paid on time

  • Site visit and detailed walk through of the venue/s 1 - 2 weeks before the wedding (depending  on venue familiarity), this will be done with vendors that are directly involved in the setup and logistics

  • Wedding Day Timeline to guide you through the day’s events, this will be sent to all vendors and wedding party

  • Collect all wedding day essentials from the couple for safe keeping and delivery to venue ( favours, guest book, flutes, stationery etc.)

  • Reception  area layout

  • 1 Hour Ceremony Rehearsal

ON THE WEDDING DAY

 

AT THE CEREMONY

Now that the big day is here, just relax and enjoy, we have got you covered, we well arrive early to organise the day and provide up to 10 hours or coordination services:

​

  • Coordinating services on the wedding day for a maximum of fifteen (15) hours.

  • Monitor wedding day timeline

  • Oversee set up of  ceremony, reception and cocktail area

  • Attend to all requests of the bride and groom

  • Direct communication with family, wedding party, guests and vendors to provide guidance through setup and wedding timelines

  • Monitor set-up of location and vendor coordination

  • Distribution of final vendor payments where applicable

  • Ensure that personal floral pieces are delivered on time

  • Handling and placement of all wedding day essentials

  • Guest transportation assistance where applicable

  • Coordinate seating of guests, procession and recession

  • Coordination of ceremony as outlined in wedding 

  • Coordinate seating of guests, procession and recession

  • Provision of wedding day emergency kit

 

AT THE RECEPTION

Now the day is almost over, it’s time to partaay!

  • Coordination of reception as outlined in wedding program

  • Assist in seating of Bridal Party and ensure that all Guests are comfortable

  • Collection of personal items for safe keeping          

  • Stay until dancing begins
